I oversee the full vCIO lifecycle, ensuring our clients receive proactive, strategic guidance backed by data, security insights, and real business outcomes.In this role, I: • Own the Strategic and Quarterly Business Review (SBR/QBR) process from end to end, leveraging ScalePad, Microsoft 365, and ConnectWise reporting to produce actionable, board-ready deliverables. • Architect and coach the vCIO experience across client accounts, aligning IT roadmaps to industry regulations like CJIS, GLBA, and NIST. • Serve as the primary administrator for our Apple device ecosystem, supporting executive endpoints, MDM policies, and zero-touch provisioning. • Administer and evangelize enterprise AI across teams, delivering AI enablement sessions and maintaining governance controls. • Act as our Knowledge Management owner, leading the full migration from IT Portal to IT Glue and building SOP libraries that support onboarding, NIST-aligned service delivery, and security documentation. • Serve as the executive point of contact for key clients, ensuring each relationship is a growth engine through structured communication and strategic planning.This role unites client success, compliance strategy, and internal innovation—and gives me the runway to make each client feel like they’re our only client.
