About Adam Hill
Seasoned real estate appraiser with experience and in-depth knowledge on most types; specifically commercial and industrial income producing properties. Extensive expertise in partial acquisitions (small fee acquisition or easements) resulting from eminent domain projects, utility projects or access and use agreements with neighboring property owners. I have managed the acquisition process for over three hundred properties providing me with significant experience in all aspects of the acquisition process, for all property types, resulting from these types of projects. We prepare appraisal reports, appraisal review reports, and consultation to federal, state and local governments, engineering firms, and private property owners affected by partial acquisitions of their property or easements being taken on their property. We also provide expert testimony in court proceedings on the affects on value resulting from partial acquisitions. We have experience with the impacts on many property rights, including air rights.
