ABOUT ADAM WYNER

I’m a Senior Project Manager at UCSF Health, where I lead complex design and construction projects that support patient care, research, and long-term infrastructure strategy. I’ve spent the last 15+ years delivering a wide range of real estate and capital projects — from ground-up LEED Platinum campuses to equipment replacements and healthcare renovations in active hospital environments.I come from a technical background in civil engineering, but what really drives me is building teams, solving problems, and helping people do their best work. I’ve worked across sectors and delivery methods, and I’ve seen how the best outcomes come from clear communication, trust, and a shared sense of purpose.At UCSF, I’m focused on delivering meaningful spaces that serve both immediate clinical needs and the institution’s long-term goals. I’m also interested in opportunities to take on more leadership, support other PMs, and help shape how we deliver work across the system — more efficiently, more collaboratively, and with an eye toward what’s next.
