That’s the work.At VML, I’ve spent the last few years helping turn that chaos into something real.Not decks. Not hypotheticals. Actual things people use.A lot of it isn’t visible. It’s systems. Translation. Pressure.Getting everyone moving in the same direction when it would be easier not to.Sometimes it’s loyalty. Sometimes gameplay. Sometimes it\'s craft.I bring a stable hand to any creative problem, and love the process to do that.
