ABOUT ADAM KUPINSKI
I am a highly skilled scientist with over 10 years of multidisciplinary research experience in three different countries. Throughout my career, I built a strong background in both pharmaceutical and academic research. In my current role, I focus on biology of bacterial neurotoxins and their use as potential therapeutic agents to combat neurological diseases. This gives me thorough understanding of issues of biosafety and their application in setting up and managing biocontainment facilities. I am a project technical leader responsible for management of activities within the protein science department that contribute to larger drug discovery projects. In particular, I am in charge of establishing methods to increase throughput of protein production using automated liquid handling.A biotechnologist by training, I have deep understanding and practical experience in molecular biology, biochemistry and cell biology combined with extensive knowledge of animal development in different model organisms and applications of light microscopy to study it.
