ABOUT ADAM KUDRYL

People describe me as driven and entrepreneurial, but I just do what I do and get on with it. I like to keep life fun, interesting and challenging. I truly work hard and play hard. I work hard for my firm and my clients, getting them the results that they are looking for. I play hard but these days playing hard is mainly being a dad and husband, and doing CrossFit. In my professional life, I have a high level of expertise in corporate and banking transactions, and have a ‘no nonsense’, no jargon approach. I started life as a lawyer in and qualified in 2003, and have been doing corporate and banking deals since. Some highlights are: • corporate, merger and acquisition transactions, ranging from a £1 management buy-out from administration, multi-million pound sales and acquisitions of businesses, to £50m+ equity backed acquisitions. • bank lends ranging from £150k to £4.6 billion, usual lends being £1m to £35m for a variety of purposes, often on Loan Market Association terms. • I started and ran a Banking team for a large regional law firm in one of their fledgling offices. • I started (with zero clients!) and ran a Corporate team for a different large regional law firm in one of their new offices. I had a brief period outside of the law, during which I explored the world of business – in New Zealand. This was a great time as I used my legal, business and life skills to: • do a business turn around, rebrand and relaunch for a Les Mills franchised gym, which I then ran for 7 months before handing it back to the owner healthier and more profitable than ever; • I started my own sports clothing label,#PrideFFS; • I founded, owned and ran my own CrossFit gym. In my spare time I am a keen CrossFit athlete, although I do enjoy a wide variety of sports from cycling to triathlon, trekking, darts to surfing and snowboarding to indoor climbing and clay pigeon shooting! I am also a biker (although bikeless at the moment) and a massive lover of all things petrol!
