ABOUT ADAM SOLLER

Adam Soller is a Managing Director in Hercules’ Life Sciences group working in the greater Washington, DC region. He is nearing 20 years of senior lending experience within the life sciences industry.Prior to Hercules, Adam was a Managing Director at Oxford Finance. During his time at Oxford he originated, structured and underwrote nearly $3 billion in debt facilities for life sciences and healthcare companies. He was also responsible for originations in Australia, Europe, Israel and a majority of the United States.Prior to joining Oxford, Adam was an Analyst in the Acquisitions Group of Capital Automotive, a real estate investment trust, where he underwrote over $1 billion in transactions and managed a portion of a $2.5 billion portfolio.Previous representative transactions include financings with- Biotech & Spec Pharma: Avanir Pharmaceuticals (Acquired by Otsuka), Immunocore (NASDAQ: IMCR), Pharming Group NV (NASDAQ: PHAR), Reata Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: RETA) and Verona Pharma (NASDAQ: VRNA)- Medical Device & Dx: Orchestra BioMed (NASDAQ: OBIO), Castle Biosciences (NASDAQ: CSTL), Cayenne Medical (Acquired by Zimmer Biomet), Entellus Medical (Acquired by Stryker), IDEV Technologies (Acquired by Abbott), Inspire Medical Systems (NASDAQ: INSP), Mainstay Medical and Veran Medical Techologies (Acquired by Olympus) Adam holds a B.A. in Economics and Business, with a concentration in Financial Management from the Virginia Military Institute.
