Oversee the planning, cost benefit analysis, budgeting, coordination, execution and implementation of 3 enterprise-wide multi-year, multimillion dollar application program portfolios focused on increasing customer acquisition, retention, and re-engagement, at the nation’s largest healthcare staffing provider. • Strategically lead, influence, and hold accountable execution teams of 70+ resources, including 2 direct reports, to ensure completion of projects, producing an estimated increase of $50M in EBITDA. • Collaborated with the Chief Information Officer to optimize the IT organizations governance capabilities and implemented procedure documentation to improve execution, processes, and standardization. • Coordinated programs’ strategic direction with several executives, functional and technical directors, managers, and core project teams to appropriately deliver on organizational goals. • Ensured all executives, sponsors, and stakeholders are appropriately identified and provided accurate reporting on program and project status throughout the life cycle. • Established program risk management plans and assessed, monitored, mitigated, and when appropriate, escalated risks to Program Director or Program Sponsor. • Oversaw the creation and sign-off of the program plan, charter, benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, and acceptance plan, and issues log for multiple process improvement efforts, enabling higher productivity and scaling for growth. • Refined digital accessibility for client providers, increasing client retention from 56.5% to 57.7%, resulting in $30M in revenue. • Implemented strategic cost-cutting initiative in response to COVID-19, reducing company’s discretionary spending, consultants, and vendor contracts, and capturing $30M in savings.
