I developed ColdPulse, a cooling orthotic that earned 3rd place in a regional pitch competition, and founded RISE, a community-driven wellness group designed to connect people through high-energy fitness and shared purpose.I\'ve taken dozens of ideas from napkin sketch to minimal viable prototypes — including modular indoor gardens, flexible lids for bottles, container-connecting door systems, and knowledge transfer software that bridges the gap between people and processes. Each project blends design thinking, business strategy, and human-centered insight to create something that truly works.My experience spans leading teams at Deloitte\'s Smart Factory, building wellness communities at SweatHouz, and analyzing early-stage ventures in venture capital. Currently, I work as a Retail Operations Support Analyst at IMA Financial Group, supporting acquisition integration and organizational development, while serving on Weavix\'s Intern Advisory Board, contributing to go-to-market strategy, competitive analysis, and product development for their smart radio solutions.
