About Kyle Barefoot

My ultimate goal is to have a career that allows me to create, build, and affect immediate change to improve quality of life for my employees, my company and myself. I set a high standard for myself and encourage others to also aim high. I\'ve displayed this throughout my Naval career by ranking #1 among my peers at every command, qualifying for positions normally held by those of a higher rank, and working with my sailors to substantially increase promotion and qualification rates. In the construction industry my work as a project manager has contributed to our company gaining access to higher levels of commercial projects that increased our yearly gross revenue. A quick and adaptive learner, I have frequently been reassigned throughout my careers to address challenges that seem overwhelming. In the Navy I displayed this by building and working with teams of amazing enlisted to turnaround troubled ship divisions. In construction I showed this by completing the most financially successful set of projects in the last 5 years for my company as a brand new PM (1st 2yrs in construction).However, I am most proud of being the father of 3yr old amazing twin boys and husband to my beautiful wife of 10yrs.
