My doctoral research analyzed economic recovery patterns across 103 Pennsylvania municipalities using $3.5B+ in federal ARPA funding data, revealing how governance systems, organizational agility, and regional economic development ecosystem design influence local economic resilience.Currently serving on City Council in Williamsport, PA, I provide legislative oversight of a $36.8M municipal budget while leading strategic initiatives on economic development and fiscal sustainability.
