In my role as a Project Manager at ThermalCraft, I manage and execute insulated metal panel construction projects across the country. I bring a background in real estate finance and analytical risk assessment, which complements ThermalCraft’s field-driven, process-based approach to construction.By applying financial rigor to project planning, cost control, and schedule management, I ensure successful project outcomes. I work closely with field teams, suppliers, and customers, with a focus on clear communication, accountability, and delivering technically sound projects that perform as designed.Previously, I was a commercial real estate (CRE) finance professional with 8 years of experience across banking and brokerage, specializing in underwriting and evaluating CRE and construction opportunities.Throughout my career, I’ve built an expertise in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, market evaluation, and structuring financing solutions for my customers on a wide range of commercial asset classes, including multi-family, industrial, office, retail, medical office, land, self-storage, hospitality, and more. This includes the construction of these asset classes and homebuilding finance as well.I began my career as an analyst underwriting CRE deals, eventually advancing to a Portfolio Manager II and VP where I spent 4 years managing a diverse loan portfolio, sourcing deals, and identifying and analyzing new opportunities that aligned with our lending strategy and risk profile.Across every role, underwriting has been the core of my skill set, combining disciplined financial modeling, detailed due diligence, and strategic decision-making to support sound investments and strong credit performance. I bring a balance of analytical expertise, communication skills, and relationship management to help drive successful deals and long-term value.
