I help public and private owners deliver capital programs with fewer surprises—by aligning governance, teams, and technology so projects achieve predictable cost, schedule, and business outcomes.I have spent my career working alongside owners on complex, high-stakes capital programs across the global infrastructure market. My experience spans multiple asset classes, delivery models, and geographies, giving me a grounded understanding of the realities owners face when accountability is real, scrutiny is high, and tradeoffs matter.Importantly, I’ve seen the full lifecycle of capital programs—from successful delivery to projects that struggled, stalled, or were ultimately cancelled. Those experiences inform how I advise owners today: focusing on clarity of decision-making, disciplined governance, and early alignment that reduces downstream risk rather than reacting to it later.I challenge conventional approaches when they no longer serve owners’ interests, but I am equally focused on preserving the fundamentals that underpin successful delivery: clear roles, realistic planning, strong controls, and a culture of accountability. I believe the most effective programs balance innovation with rigor, and ambition with stewardship of public and private capital.I enjoy partnering with owners, boards, and executive teams who are committed to making informed decisions, building capable delivery organizations, and delivering projects that stand the test of time.

TAP empowers survivors through free legal and social services, as well as access to the justice system, and raises awareness through public outreach and education.
