A lot of times that leads to asking for forgiveness more than asking for permission, but it also has fueled a lifetime of building relationships and connections that inject empathy into every task I take on.Generations of my family were in the thoroughbred racing industry. I learned to read through racing forms and a lot of my math skills were birthed from comparing splits at different distances from varying horses.
