I am a proud graduate from the University of Connecticut, and current Product Owner at The Hartford. I currently work in our Small Commercial Transformation Office, expanding digital capabilities, simplifying processes and platforms, and applying data, analytics and artificial intelligence to enhance products, services and customer experience across the enterprise. Prior to product development, I was a licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer here at The Hartford. I am a passionate leader, innovator, team builder, and planner.

   Lead scrum development team as Product Owner to deliver the next generation of ICON, The Hartford’s industry leading quoting tool used by thousands of agents and underwriters. This was a multi-year,$50M project delivered on time and under budget-Served as a Project Manager, representing Small Business applications, on a company-wide initiative focused on a new payment and billing integration. Cascaded and drove requirements to development teams, managed multiple roadmaps, and ensured collaboration and effective communication-Currently serve as Product Owner for The Hartford’s Small Commercial Book Consolidation initiative, developing automation that facilitates acquisitions and data transfer between our partners and external systems.
