About Adam Turner
I graduated from the University of California, Davis with a degree in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior. Prior to joining GenEdit, I worked as a Research Specialist in the Gelli Lab within the UC Davis School of Medicine’s Pharmacology Department, where I published a novel strategy for delivering therapeutics across the blood–brain barrier using polymeric nanoparticles conjugated to a metalloprotease in an in vitro model.I am currently part of the PPD team at GenEdit, where I work on advancing nanotechnology-based delivery systems using the NanoGalaxy platform to enable targeted delivery of sensitive therapeutics.Outside of work, I enjoy rock climbing, playing piano, and working on new art projects.
