I am responsible for the day to day activities of operating a small business, which means I wear many hats. The bulk of my time is spent managing a tight knit team of creative individuals, and assessing clients needs in order to provide services to successfully obtain Design & Utility patents. I am also responsible for creating top notch Patent Illustrations and 3D CAD Renderings. I place an emphasis on continually training myself and my team in the latest drafting techniques.Successes include transferring my book of business from my previous employer. Producing an 11% growth in revenue after 8 months using that same book of business. Increasing a 30 day remittance of payments from 50% to 97%. Taking part in a CLE course on Advanced Tactics for Design Patents available on the ABA website. Now in our 5th year, we\'ve shown a 20% growth from previous year, and hired a new team member.

The Acme team has been working together for over 15 years, which makes for a loyal, steadfast, and tightly run ship. Each of us illustrators have a unique background including: fine art portraiture, graphic design, architectural design, and engineering. When combined, these backgrounds create unique skill-sets that make our drawings simply better than our competitors. We are a different class of patent draftsmen, ones of our own creating. There is no trade school, university, or any curriculum which teaches how to become a patent draftsman. We did the hard work on our own and came together to create an expert patent illustration service. Acme Patent Drawings is American made. Many of our competitors outsource their drafting work to foreign countries for cheaper labor without giving thought to import and export laws regarding Intellectual Property. With Acme, you and your clients can rest assured that the security of your Intellectual Property is safe and never left vulnerable to foreign entities aiming to capitalize from your property. Everything we deliver is created in-house. We place an emphasis on quality, and customer service. Everyone working at Acme has the ability to create and edit drawings. This ensures that there is always someone able to help you in a pinch, even when one of us is out of the office. Over the years we’ve learned that having managers without drafting skills adds an unnecessary step to our process. This has led to increased workflow productivity, earlier deliveries, and less need to reiterate instructions.
