About Adam Deierling
Adam has been an industrial real estate specialist based in Southern California since 2003. Leveraging this experience, Adam founded West Harbor Capital in September 2017. WHC is an investment and asset management firm focused on acquiring and managing industrial assets throughout Southern California. Initial career focus as a broker was representing occupiers and owners in the Los Angeles basin. After 12 years in the brokerage business, Adam accepted a position in 2014 as the western regional asset manager for Black Creek Group (Industrial Income Trust/Industrial Property Trust) overseeing the western US portfolio of industrial distribution warehouses. Responsibilities included managing the west coast asset management, operations and construction management teams in addition to acquiring assets for the western region portfolio.Having earned the Global Logistics Specialist (GLS) designation, Adam applies this knowledge toward customer relations understanding the nuances that drive businesses from a supply chain and logistics perspective.
