Hi, I’m Adam I focus on people and helping them do their best work. I enjoy building real connections and helping both individuals and businesses reach their goals. At Greenlight Partners, I help independent consultants succeed by giving them the right start, useful tools, and a friendly community that supports them. I have worked across all parts of Greenlight-Partners, from setting up our online community and running operations, right through to generating sales. This gives me a clear view of how the whole business works and helps me find solutions that work for both our consultants and our clients. My work starts with listening. I get to know our expert consultants from around the world and listen carefully to what our clients need. I believe every good partnership begins with understanding what matters most to the people involved. Before this, I worked as a Survival Equipment Technician in the Royal Air Force. That role taught me discipline, attention to detail, and how to solve problems. These skills now help me handle tricky business challenges while keeping people at the centre. I care about creating spaces where people feel supported, understood, and ready to succeed. I enjoy designing better onboarding experiences, improving communication, and coaching people through change. I am especially drawn to work that builds strong teams and positive cultures. I make sure people feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe the best results come from within and I work to create environments where everyone can thrive.
