As Founding President of Mu Sigma Lambda at the University of Michigan, I launched the school’s first professional fraternity dedicated to sport management students. I led recruitment efforts that generated 50+ applicants in the inaugural semester and built the organization’s structure from the ground up.I oversee operations across membership, finance, events, and partnerships, managing budgets, logistics, and campus collaborations. I also organize professional development sessions and networking events to connect members with industry leaders and career opportunities.

Hi, my name is Adam Grossman, and I am currently a sophomore, Sport Management student at the University of Michigan with hands-on experience in collegiate basketball operations and sports leadership. As a Student Manager for Michigan Men’s Basketball and the Founding President of Mu Sigma Lambda, I’ve learned how preparation, teamwork, and organization drive success on and off the court.I’m passionate about the business side of basketball, community-focused leadership, and creating meaningful experiences that help others grow. I’m excited to continue learning and building a career in the sports industry.
