Currently, I lead the strategy for our Safety and Security products in our 2300 store estate. My focus is on using things like AI and computer vision to take the friction out of the job for my colleagues while keeping the business secure.Having spent 28 years in the retail world, moving from the shop floor to leading a multi-million pound product portfolio. That journey has given me a very grounded perspective: I don’t just care if technology works on paper; I care if it works for the people using it every day.​What I actually do:​I bring together Legal, Risk, and Tech teams to make sure we’re all pulling in the same direction on big investments. I don’t just manage \"stakeholders\"; I build the consensus needed to get things done.​I recently led an AI Age Estimation trial within a Home Office sandbox. The goal wasn\'t just compliance—it was about protecting my colleagues by removing the \"friction of challenge\" that so often leads to conflict at the checkout.​I build the four-year roadmaps and \"Product Health\" frameworks that keep our portfolio on track. It’s about making sure every project delivers real ROI and doesn\'t just become \"shelfware.\"​I have a track record of landing digital change at scale. For example, I led the MS365 rollout for frontline workers, hitting a 70% voluntary adoption rate because we focused on making it useful for them, not just mandatory.​My focus: Product Strategy, AI & Computer Vision, Retail Ops, Change Management, Risk & Compliance, and Safety & Security.
