With over 20 years of experience in the equipment industry, I have a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that lower the risk and increase the profitability of our customers who work the land.I am also a Presidential Leadership Scholar, a program that enhances the leadership skills and network of diverse professionals who are committed to making a positive impact in their communities. As part of this program, I have been involved in various committees and boards that focus on education, training, and workforce development in the state and across the country. Established in 1991 and directed by AED members, The AED Foundation addresses professional education and workforce development in the industry. This includes AED Accreditation of diesel-equipment technology college programs.
