DALLAS OFFICE LEAD Leading the strategic, financial, operational, people and marketing planning and execution for the continued rapid growth of the West Monroe Dallas Office. Partnering with clients to bring services in Mergers & Acquisitions, Customer Experience, Operations Excellence and Technology. DALLAS TECHNOLOGY PRACTICE LEAD Leading the rapidly growing Dallas Technology Practice, with focus on helping clients use their data to gain insights and do better; development of leading custom software solutions; optimization of cloud and broader infrastructures; and positioning for resiliency related to cybersecurity. Helping clients use latest advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning capabilities to gain business advantage. BROADER GROWTH IN THE TOLA REGION Serving select clients in key industries across the broader TOLA (Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas) Region – via the Dallas Office – through increasing brand awareness, executive relationships, alliance positioning and teaming with clients. PARTNERING & FIRM WIDE LEADERSHIP As equity owner / Partner, teaming with Partners to plan, define and lead our firm to greater growth. Serving as a member of the firm wide West Monroe Executive Leadership Team and Operating Committee.
