I\'ve been passionately serving as a loan officer since 2004. Currently, I proudly hold the position of Senior Vice President Retail Production Manager for Ruoff Mortgage, where I lead a dynamic sales team of loan officers across the Midwest. My journey in the mortgage industry has been driven by a simple philosophy: exceptional customer service is the cornerstone of success. I believe that being there for my clients every step of the way is crucial to building lasting relationships.Whether it\'s providing trustworthy advice or maintaining constant communication throughout the loan process, I\'m committed to ensuring my clients have a smooth and stress-free experience. In addition to leading a dedicated team, I remain personally involved in originating loans. I have my own personal lending team, consisting of another highly skilled loan officer and two extremely talented loan officer assistants. This setup allows me to combine my experience and expertise with the collaborative strength of a passionate team, ensuring we deliver top-notch service at all times. One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is creating personal and lifelong bonds with my clients and partners. My goal is to be more than just a mortgage resource – I want to be a trusted advisor they can turn to for any future financial needs. Building these meaningful connections is at the heart of my mission as a loan officer. Beyond my professional life, I\'m an avid sports enthusiast, and you can often find me at live sporting events and concerts. I proudly support the Colts and Yankees, and you can count on some exciting game-day conversations if we ever meet! When I\'m not busy assisting my clients or enjoying a game, I indulge in my hobbies – golf and billiards. For the past 15 years, I\'ve been an active member of a billiards league, sharpening my skills and enjoying the camaraderie of fellow enthusiasts. As for golf, there\'s nothing quite like spending a beautiful day on the course, honing my swing and reveling in the serenity of the game. But above all, spending time with my cherished friends and family is what brings true joy to my life.
