ABOUT ADAM FROMAN
Adam Froman is Founder and CEO of Delvinia the company he co-founded in 1998. Adam is an award-winning entrepreneur, technology innovator and business leader who has grown, acquired and sold globally competitive companies over the course of the past two decades.Under Adam’s leadership, Delvinia has evolved from operating as one of Canada’s first digital consultancies to building a portfolio of successful businesses including AskingCanadians, AskingAmericans, Delvinia Custom Solutions, Methodify, CRIS, PersonaPanels and Measure Protocol. He was also responsible for all Corporate Finance activities at Delvinia. Adam has taken companies from startup to scaleup to acquisition target without any outside investors. His passion for R&D has made Adam one of the foremost experts in leveraging government funding and programs in Canada to develop innovative technology and intellectual property.As CEO, Adam has also invested a great deal of time in building teams and cultivating a culture of authenticity and trust within his organization. He is just as committed to investing his time in mentoring and helping others achieve their goals. In November 2021, Adam led the sale of AskingCanadians and Methodify to Sago (formerly Schlesinger Group) and joined the Sago as their EVP of Emerging Business. In 2022 he oversaw the smooth integration of the AskingCanadians and Methodify teams into Sago. At the end of 2022, Adam exited Sago returning to Delvinia.Adam now supports Delvinia’s existing investments and is frequently in the media discussing Canada’s innovation ecosystem. He is also reimagining what opportunities and investments Delvinia will pursue in the future. Adam is a Professional Engineer in the discipline of Human Factors Engineering, has a B.A.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Toronto and has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business in Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Finance.When not trying to change the world for the better, he is married and the proud father of 2 girls and is an avid golfer and wine collector.
