As the Brand Manager for Hard Tea at FIFCO USA, I oversee the Lipton Hard Iced Tea brand, ensuring its continued growth and success. In this role, I manage all brand-related projects from conception through execution, including retail programming, agency planning, and consumer experiential initiatives. I lead the development of communication materials for marketing plans and activities directed at our sales organization, support new product development and commercialization, and design and execute dynamic promotional campaigns across various channels.I joined FIFCO USA in May 2015 and have gained diverse experience in Sales Operations, Insights, and Innovation. This journey has equipped me with a robust skill set and deep industry knowledge, culminating in my current role with the Lipton Hard Iced Tea brand since June 2023.Prior to my tenure at FIFCO USA, I earned an MBA in Marketing & Consulting from the University at Buffalo, where I developed a strong foundation in business strategy and marketing principles.
