ABOUT ADAM F.

I am a purpose-driven person with an uncompromising desire to make a deep impact in people\'s lives. I have worked in the L&D space professionally for over four years, first in a learning solutions design capacity providing cutting-edge e-commerce learning & development solutions for retailers and industry suppliers going through the challenges of digital transformation - and now through business development at EZRA Coaching. Today, I help bring the life-changing power of personalized, 1on1, human-to-human development at scale to people across organizations around the world.*Besides work, my main interests are Brazilian jiu-jitsu, traveling to new places, meeting new people, writing and reading poetry, and philosophy, and having meaningful conversations about life.I have also been an active volunteer in the area of youth empowerment for over 8 years, serving in a teaching, coaching, and leadership capacity at youth personal development events across a variety of different organizations such as the Tony Robbins Foundation, The Harry Singha Foundation, One World Academy and Science & Nonduality (\"SAND\").
