Manage Warden Call, Fire Systems, AOV, CCTV, Fire Risk Assessment, Access Control, Lighting and Security installation & maintenance projects, within programs and portfolios. Management of multiple individual Contract Managers ensuring KPI\'s and forecasts are met. Compose Project Governance inclusive of Project Initiation, Project Plans and Stakeholder Management. Oversee Projects from concept, definition and development to handover and closure. Manage Contractor and installation teams. Manage Project bugets, time and quality within the project scope. Report directly to board of Directors. Work in a high pressured customer facing role. Project planning and Microsoft Project experienced. Ensure adearment to Health and Safety at all times. Carry out negotiations and Conflict Management. Run recruitment campaigns in order to provide adequate labour resources to deliver new large scale long-term projects. Source suitable resources in the form of Vehicles, Tools, Plant, Training for personnel.
