These reviews are undertaken on a rolling 6 monthly basis reporting back to lenders and SPV stakeholder on overall project performance. The LTA is an important role to support lenders in evaluating the performance of their investment. Vinci Highways - Northwest ParkwayTechnical lead for a buy-side due-diligence exercise for a US toll road developing a cost model for the purposes of investment appraisal and reviewing the toll operation to assess opportunities for optimisation.National Grid – Commercial & Procurement workstream lead – HVDC FrameworksProcurement and commercial lead for the development of multiple large scale frameworks for National Grids HVDC programme. This ambitious programme aims to enable suppliers to deliver critical UK energy infrastructure more swiftly by providing more streamlined routes to market and greater levels of supplier engagement and input. This £12bn, 8 year programme has now been established and released to market.

ABOUT ADAM PRICE

I work as part of the Jacobs Commercial, Funding and Finance Programmes and Advisory team focusing on the development, delivery and operation of infrastructure contracts utilising a variety of innovative funding models. I have spent the last 20 years advising public sector bodies on the financial and commercial aspects of projects across wide-ranging sectors and more recently in my previous role was responsible for the UK’s largest road user charging scheme (Dart Charge at the Dartford Crossing) and operational PFI portfolio whilst at National Highways. Previously I worked within Corporate Finance and Risk Advisory teams at Deloitte LLP advising both Local and Central Government across a wide range of sectors including health, education, extra care and emergency services.
