About Adam Phillips
Mr. Phillips is the Managing Partner at Ravenbridge Capital Advisory is a boutique investment banking and private equity advisory firm based in New York, Washington DC, and Boston. The firm specializes in M&A, special situations, transaction structuring, and dual-use, disruptive technologies, and capital advisory. His expertise guides clients through the complexities of Energy Transition, Critical Infrastructure, and Disruptive Technologies, primarily targeting early—to middle-stage private equity companies and firms focused on nuclear energy, artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and critical minerals. Previously, Adam was Head of Americas Sustainable Finance Research at Citigroup, leading cross-divisional sustainable and decarbonization research initiatives. Before his tenure at Citigroup, Adam played a significant role at the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund\'s Office of Investment Management, undertaking various leadership roles. As Head of Sustainable Investing, he was instrumental in overseeing the fund\'s sustainable investments, securing new commitments, and fostering the development of innovative sustainable investing funds, such as launching the Low Carbon ETF with BlackRock and State Street. He previously chaired the CFA Society of New York\'s Sustainable Investment Thought Leadership Group, where he managed a network of over 200 senior sustainable investment professionals. Holding a Master\'s degree in International Economics and Finance from Columbia University, School of International and Public Affairs, He is a member of the Economic Club of New York (ECNY), a Ronald Brown Fellow, and a Hope Scholar. His commitment to continuous education and advancement in the sector is further evidenced by his roles as a Non-Resident Research Fellow and Visiting Lecturer at Columbia’s Center on Global Energy Policy and as an Adjunct Faculty member at New York University.
