My name is Adam Souza and I am a senior at the University of Massachusetts Amherst pursuing a Bachelor\'s of Science in Managerial Economics. Since attending UMass, I have enhanced my business and investment expertise through my involvement in the Isenberg Real Estate Fund, where I actively contribute to analyzing and underwriting deals while expanding my understanding of the commercial real estate industry. Additionally, I have spent the last two summers at BayCoast Bank as an intern at their headquarters in Swansea, MA, working in both the mortgage and commercial lending departments. In these roles, I gained valuable insight into the lending process from experienced real estate professionals, learning how to analyze deals, assess borrower risk, and understand the financial structures that drive successful transactions.
