About Adam Sanderson

Adam Sanderson is a business and technology trial attorney who represents clients in complex lawsuits, especially lawsuits involving computer software. Before practicing as an attorney, Adam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and worked as a software engineer and project manager where he designed system architectures, wrote source code, and implemented distributed databases for corporate clients. Since becoming a lawyer, Adam’s background in computer science has given him and his clients an advantage inside and outside of the courtroom. Adam currently represents a technology company in several pending software patent infringement cases, including cases pending in the Eastern District of Texas, the Northern District of Illinois, and the Northern District of California. Most recently, two of Adam\'s clients won a jury verdict against E. F. Johnson Company for commercial fraud and breach of contract. The Dallas County District Court entered judgment in favor of Adam\'s clients for $5 million, plus 18% interest. Adam has been recognized in Texas Monthly as a “Rising Star\" in business litigation for the years 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014. Adam is one of four partners at RGM LLP, a firm specializing in presenting complex commercial cases to a jury. Since being founded three years ago, RGM has obtained jury verdicts and judgments for its clients exceeding $140 million.
