On joining PDG Helicopters to manage their Power Line Division, Adam\'s role as senior observer soon developed into managing contracts and winning new business. New observers were trained in house and Adam switched from spending time flying in the helicopters where he had gained invaluable experience and knowledge, into learning new skills such as GIS to push the development of PDG Helicopters custom built mobile data gathering software.As well as manipulating GIS files for new projects and keeping existing ones updated, Adam project manages all the power line inspection contracts for PDG Helicopters worth in excess of £1.5m.
