About Adam Craddock
I\'m a Support Equipment Process Engineer (contractor) at Fujifilm Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC through QCS Staffing/GTS Nordic. I work with a highly skilled team playing a key part in the establishment and improvement of autoclave and parts washer systems/processes at one of the newest and best CDMO sites in the world. In my former role as a Process Engineer at Kymanox, I supported CQV efforts for pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. I specialized in equipment, utility, and facility qualifications, and served as the SME for CTU qualification/temperature mapping. My other responsibilities included leading document development for validation projects, managing Kymanox\'s validation equipment program, helping maintain CMMS programs across client sites, supporting clients through root cause investigations, CAPAs, and technical documentation to help meet regulatory expectations. I am a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma, which pairs with my natural drive for efficiency, reliability, and continuous growth to strengthen my ability to lead process improvement initiatives. I\'m known for being dependable and detail-oriented, and was honored with two \"Lean on Me\" awards at Kymanox in 2022 and 2023 in recognition of my reliability and consistency in supporting team success. Before becoming an engineer, I built a foundation in communication, leadership, and customer service through earlier experiences as a Resident Advisor and crew member/trainer in the fast-food industry. Those roles taught me to stay composed under pressure, appreciate production in fast-paced environments, communicate effectively, serve others, and take pride in doing things right.When I\'m not working, I enjoy playing ultimate frisbee, weightlifting, chess, and studying Christian theology and apologetics. I’m also a church volunteer, Vikings fan, classic rock enjoyer, and always up for a game night with friends.I\'m always interested in connecting with other professionals in the life sciences space, especially those who value smart processes and continuous improvement.

In my current role at Fujifilm, I- Work with diverse teams to assist in process establishment and improvement for autoclaves and parts washers- Analyze piping and instrumentation diagrams (P & IDs) to compare to existing builds and find ideal locations and opportunities for improvement- Manage changes to support equipment designs and procedures- Organize process parameters and equipment settings to compare and contrast between systems, improve consistency where possible and monitor inconsistencies where necessary.
