I’m a results-driven Audio Video professional with over 18 years of experience spanning AV integration, system design, field engineering, and regional sales leadership. My career has been rooted in supporting dealers and partners—helping them design reliable systems, build confidence in products, and grow profitable, long-term businesses.Most recently, I served as a Territory Manager and Sales Engineer with Universal Remote Control (URC), where I supported multiple rep firms and direct accounts across the western U.S. I led advanced system designs—including video walls, AV networking, and complex control solutions—while delivering hands-on training, technical guidance, and solution-based sales support. I’m known for bridging the gap between sales and engineering, translating technical complexity into practical, real-world solutions for integrators.Earlier in my career, I owned and operated AV integration businesses, giving me a deep understanding of the dealer perspective—from system design and installation to project management, operations, and customer experience. That background allows me to engage authentically with integrators, anticipate challenges in the field, and provide support that is both technically sound and commercially realistic.At my core, I’m passionate about audio video technology, collaboration, and enabling others to succeed.
