I am a Director of Operations with over 12 years of healthcare management experience in both private and corporate healthcare environments. Throughout my career, I have served as a trusted advisor to teammates across various organizational departments, leveraging data-driven analytical techniques and a broad knowledge of organizational operations.I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Analytics from East Carolina University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Studies from North Carolina State University, with minors in Business Administration and Spanish.Currently, I am the Director of Outpatient Operations at UNC Health in Chapel Hill, NC. In this role, I provide operational, analytical, and project management support to the Vice President, Associate Vice President, and six service line directors. In addition to my educational background and professional experience, I have a strong experience in MS Excel Pivot Tables, SAP Business Objects Query Building, MS SQL Server Query Building, Strata Decision Technology StrataJazz, Tableau Desktop Basic, Infor Procurement and Expense Management, Oracle PeopleSoft: UNC ConnectCarolina, and SAS Financial Reports Viewer.Throughout my career, I have held various management positions, including Business Manager at the UNC Division of Hematology/Oncology, Business Analyst at the UNC Department of Urology, and Clinic Manager at UNC Urology. In these roles, I have demonstrated my ability to effectively manage teams, analyze clinical and financial metrics, and drive process improvements.Outside of my professional career, I have achieved a Lean Six Sigma Blue/Yellow Belt certifications and have been recognized as an Eagle Scout. I am also a Freemason and a recipient of the General H.
