At easyJet, I lead the Integrated Management System (IMS), driving continuous improvement by unifying standards, processes, and tools across the organisation. By aligning ISO, safety, compliance, change, and transformation activities within a single framework, the IMS reduces duplication, breaks down silos, and enables more consistent, efficient ways of working.I oversee IMS development and delivery, including safety data and governance, document management, and critical training and competency programmes.
