My passion for technology and its potential to create impact was ignited during my school days. I was entrusted with a real-world project to develop a database for a local non-profit, LDAP, which aimed to streamline their operations by tracking staff, patients, volunteers, and sponsors. This challenge fuelled my drive to enhance my skills in HTML, CSS, PHP, and MySQL, ensuring a successful project delivery. The impact of this project was recognized locally, and it propelled me to secure a programmer role at SGS for their North American IT team. At SGS, I was exposed to diverse projects, one of which was a game-changer—Oracle CPQ (BigMachines). I was solely responsible for the technical development and implementation, as well as showcasing its benefits to executives, honing my soft skills. This experience transformed me into a storyteller, articulating the power of technology through tangible examples. My work gained traction, and soon Oracle reached out, offering me an opportunity to join their renowned team in 2015. Over the years at Oracle, I have continued to expand my technical expertise and soft skills, becoming a pivotal asset within the Oracle CX Organization. I am proud to be a part of a company that values innovation and impact, and I look forward to the continued journey of growth and contribution.
