I provide consulting and guidance on governance, fundraising, leadership, and operations, tailoring solutions to the unique needs of each organization.Key Achievements:• Built and Teach Intensive Learning Programs: Created the “Governance Academy” and \"Fundraising Academy\" training programs, intensive courses designed to cultivate highly effective Boards and fundraising capacity.• Celebrating Nonprofits: Launched “Celebrate Nonprofits Week,” a sector-wide initiative to honor and advance the contributions of nonprofits, including an awards program.• Advancing Equity: Developed the Nonprofit DEI Pledge, a groundbreaking educational and accountability program promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the sector.• Professional Development: Provide a number of annual learning opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and intensive development programs.• Cohort Engagement: Directed the creation of 501(c)(3) Communities, fostering collaboration among fundraisers and leaders.• Event Leadership: Expanded and rebranded the annual conference as the Keystone Nonprofit Conference, elevating its size, scope, and reputation.• Capacity Building Innovation: Designed a pilot funder assessment program to strengthen grantees and currently leading the development of a nonprofit assessment tool.I am passionate about strengthening the nonprofit sector and empowering organizations to achieve transformational impact.
