ABOUT ADAM BAUER

I started with ClearDefense through our summer internship program as a junior at Clemson University. I graduated from Clemson in the Spring of 2024, went on to manage our sales team in the Memphis location for the summer of 2024 and eventually earning the opportunity to do senior sales manager in Greenville, SC-Who we are and how we can help you-At ClearDefense Pest Control\'s sales program, we want you to hit the ground running hard! You’ll learn targeted sales techniques throughout the entire summer sales season. You’ll also be mentored by a manager who will track your progress and customize your training to fit your individual needs. As you travel to your area, listening to his or her approaches will help you learn what techniques fit your personal sales style and maximize your closing ratio. Our goal is to help you learn and master the full sales cycle, while experiencing unmatched personal growth. We are looking for strong minded, focused individuals who want to work in a competitive team environment. Working with one of our sales teams, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced sales representatives each and every day. Our goal is to help you grow as a person, as well as improve your communication skills and confidence! Throughout the summer CDPC sales team embodies the \"work hard, play hard\" mentality. We will participate in several team building events throughout the summer including: team sports days, dinners, amusement parks, etc. We\'d love to get to know you more and see if you\'d be a great fit for our team!
