   At Doner, I\'ve served as creative lead on Johnson & Johnson allergy brands for the past six years. I helped define the voice and brand guidelines for Zyrtec and Benadryl, leading campaigns across TV, OLV, social, and CRM. I’ve become a trusted partner to our clients, guiding strategic conversations with brand managers, vendors, and media partners. I also helped launch new product innovations for Tylenol, including the brand’s first drug-free supplement. I was originally hired to co-lead a 15-person content studio of creatives, strategists, and UX designers, where I helped evolve Doner’s digital and social capabilities into a core agency strength — developing paid and earned work for brands including Eggo, Simply Orange, Sunstar GUM, Bush’s, Fairlife, the Detroit Pistons, Dodge, Chrysler, and Jeep.
