As the Managing Director and Founder of Aimtech Recruitment, my mission is to build the agency that delivers on all of the things that are too often missing when IT professionals or businesses choose to engage with a staffing solution. In short to provide a recruitment partner that cuts through the noise and genuinely works for you.My experience in technology recruitment spans 3 decades working for one of the top agencies in London. Whereby through continually over-achieving on sales targets and successfully developing and growing business units, I was promoted from a Consultant to ultimately run the companies UK, North America and European operations as Managing Director and CEO for 5 years.I have run multiple contract and permanent divisions including Change and Transformation, AI and Machine Learning, Software Development, Infrastructure and Cloud, Interim Management, ERP and many others within emerging technologies. It was during this time that I recognised AI is not just going to have an impact on business, but it is going to be entirely transformational. The excitement and opportunity to support both organisations and individuals in this journey, prompted me to start Aimtech Recruitment.My methodology is straight forward.
