   Teach all core curricula subjects to up to 30 high risk female students from the Trenton metro area.All students must be mothers and or mothers to be and approved to enter Mercer Teach.I am currently the local CWA 1033 shop steward I also serve on CWA 1033 LPAC. Which is a committee that lobbies on behalf of local (and some national ) CWA issues, that affect our membersEXPERTISE- Classroom Instruction- including training and mentoring in adolescent psychology and gang awareness, risk identification, trained in \"Handle with Care\", develop individual diagnostic tools for clarity/assessment of student abilities, use of different teaching modality\'s for varied population, preventive actions for continuous improvement, coaching, motivation, communication of results to parents/administration, referral to state DCF (Division of Children and Family Services) and ability to tolerate ambiguity while retaining a sense of humor.Curriculum Development- including identifying state educational benchmarks, software and development testing, conduct brainstorming, diagnostic testing and grading of students abilities, functional methodology selection, purchase of software, facilitating approval process, ongoing documentation and performance evaluationGeneral Management & Supervision- software testing, administration and student evaluation, team building, employee development and coachingProject Management- from project definition with fellow instructors to implementation and postmortem analysis, including managing across the board curriculum with revision breakdown, scheduling and resource management. IEP ( individual education plan) compliance, quality control documentation, student performance analysis, issue resolution and reporting to administration.
