This helps employers ensure that they comply with any legislative requirements, stay aware of any market developments, monitor the ongoing suitability of the scheme in place (including the investment funds members use) and establish (and maintain) an engagement plan to ensure that members understand their role in ensuring a good outcome.Ensuring that employers see a return on investment from the benefits they provide is vital, and we look to demonstrate this by using an analytical approach.
