We focus on employee engagement, incident investigations, and enhancing best practices to safeguard our team, the environment, and the customers we serve. Our mission resonates with my military service where, as a First Sergeant, I ensure the welfare and readiness of over 100 soldiers.In my previous role as a Senior Territory Manager, I spearheaded operations for seven storage centers, leading a team of 50 associates and driving customer satisfaction forward by 20% year over year. This experience sharpened my expertise in multi-location management and OSHA compliance, allowing me to navigate complex logistical challenges and maintain high standards of operational safety and client relations.
