   Currently a Customer Enablement PdM for VxRail and ACP for Azure Stack HCI. Areas of responsibility: Day1 experience, APIs, and customer interactions with said items.Served in multiple roles at Dell starting with Program Manager (PMO). As PMO, I led the effort to update all Vblock platforms to vSphere 5.0 and the latest Nexus from Cisco.After PMO, I moved into Product Management (PdM). As PdM, I gathered feedback from customers (internal & external) and reviewed market research to define the next generation of various Vblock/VxBlock components. Other aspects of role included developing Go-To-Market materials for my products, providing sales enablement training, and working with multiple internal teams to ensure successful rollout of new products and their maintenance until End of Life milestones are met.A few years into my role as Product Manager, I stepped up on took on the dual role of Product Manager and Product Owner.As PO for multiple VxBlock initiatives, I functioned in a hybrid role in that I worked with PdM and Engineering to define product requirements. After product requirements were defined and agreed upon, I provided the more traditional PO role functions such as translating product requirements into technical requirements to be worked, coordinating development work between multiple teams, and ensuring that each team understands their deliverables. Accomplishments:• Program Manager - Led program to update all Vblock platforms to vSphere 5.0• PdM - Introduced Nexus v1.5/2.2 into Vblock platforms• PdM – Responsible for initial product definition and rollout of Intelligent Physical Infrastructure (IPI) into Vblock platform.• PdM for the Dell Converged Technology Extension for Cisco UCS Compute and Dell Converged Technology Extension for Isilon Storage• PO for VxBlock initial release and multiple subsequent releases• Developed notification process to field personnel regarding changes to Vblock/VxBlock systems
