As an intern/virtual assistant at AMSkier Agency, I completed some data entry work, as well as networking with clients about workers\' compensation claims.As a crew chief and shift manager at McDonald\'s, I operated the training program for the restaurant. Additionally, I work with sizeable teams to accomplish short and long-term goals.As a People Department Manager at McDonald\'s, I oversaw staffing, training, and development needs for the restaurant and laid forth an organization-wide plan to update training tracking reports.As a Kitchen Department Manager at McDonald\'s, I oversaw inventory, waste management, and truck orders. As a Shift Leader Coach, I was responsible for ensuring that new shift managers are adequately trained and have the resources they need to succeed.
