Our business provides property management services of commercial real estate assets for both inhouse and third party property owners. I am responsible for the management of over one million square feet of commercial real estate (retail, office, industrial) that houses approximately 100 tenants. Primary responsibilities include tracking and managing all lease agreements, creating all operating budgets, project management of all tenant improvement buildouts, monthly/quarterly/annual reporting, and overseeing all facilities maintenance and all accounting functions.
