Founder | Adam Merrifield has spent the last 30 years in corporate entrepreneurship, co-founding and or start-up point man for several multi-million dollar businesses.Adam started his career in Commercial Real Estate in San Diego, California, developing his book of clients the old fashion way, door to door, face to face, scheduling meetings in a Franklin day planner. Mr. Merrifield moved back to Beverly hills in 1990 and spent the next 5 years as the Syndicate Coordinator for retail operations in a 40 man NYSE boutique investment banking firm, helping to raise hundreds of millions of dollars for small and mid cap public companies.Entrepreneurship ensued with Adam co-founding Empire Steel Buildings, a national pre-engineered steel building company where he sold and helped project manage over 50 developments throughout the United States. Empire Steel was and is to this day supported with lead flow from online marketing efforts developed early on. In 2005 Adam co-founded MH DevCo, LLC, a commercial real estate development company that built and sold several ground up industrial condominium parks in Phoenix, Arizona.Adam has been a member of the San Diego chapter of EO, a global entrepreneur’s organization allowing him access to some of the brightest entrepreneurial minds in business.
