I have held various Engineering and Program Management roles in the medical device industry since 2009. Most recently my responsibilities have been in transferring product lines from R&D to production. This includes validating production processes, troubleshooting, process improvement, designing and/or procuring fixtures and equipment, targeting sources of process variation, & achieving and maintaining stable production metrics such as cycle time, yield, and COGS targets.I have worked at OEMs and contract manufacturers in the medical device space, and have experience in many aspects of catheter manufacturing and packaging processes.
